We’re delighted to present our newly relaunched online training for workers, developed together with our partner Sustify. It is a tool designed to empower people to know their rights. Our goal has been to make this learning experience as accessible as possible, distilling the content down to what matters most.

The course is fully digital and interactive, takes just 15 minutes to complete, and requires no prior registration or download. It’s available in eight languages: Spanish, Dari, English, Romanian, Russian, Bulgarian, Ukrainian, and Bambara.

Through short videos and interactive exercises, workers learn about anti-discrimination and respectful workplace conduct, what to do if a potential violation occurs, and how to use the right escalation pathway. The course introduces the concept of human rights, explains what appellando is and how to file a complaint, and walks through simple steps for people with no prior experience including the appellando helpline contact and quizzes based on real workplace scenarios.

Where possible, workers are encouraged to first seek resolution through internal company channels such as the worker representative or worker committee, management, human resources, or the whistleblowing system and to turn to appellando’s helpline when those channels are unknown or not trusted.

From now on, all entities collaborating with appellando are welcome to share a customized training link with their own workers or networks.
