nancy daiss

For Nancy sustainability isn’t just a buzzword – it’s the guiding thread through her professional journey and personal convictions. For the past 15 years, she had dedicated herself to ensuring that human rights aren’t just respected on paper but truly upheld in practice. Nancy has worked on implementing social standards and supplier monitoring systems and always believed in the power of training and open dialogue to shape a more conscious and responsible culture.

This path has helped her uncover what truly fuels her: projects that are rooted in ethics and driven by positive impact. That’s why she is passionate about her collaboration with appellando. Our mission—to develop a global multi-stakeholder framework for harmonizing grievance mechanisms and protecting human rights and the environment in supply chains—resonates deeply with everything Nancy stands for.

As an external consultant supporting Spanish companies, she values close relationships with growers, working with each of them to find the best ways to integrate appellando’s principles in a way that’s practical, effective, and tailored to their reality. Her background as an agricultural engineer, with nearly three decades of experience in the sector and living in Spain, helps her bridge the strategic with the grassroots.
